First Mid Term on Thursday, February 25, 2010

As you know, I just finish my first ever Mid Term of this college, which started on last Saturday...

This is my story of First Mid Term in college...


Date: Last Satuday, 20 February 2010. 7th Day of CNY 2010! LOL!
Subject: Intermediate English

Comment:
This is fat different English from the SPM! Normally the SPM was so easy, Objective question, Subjective Question then Summary and Essay. The English in College was like, the different between UPSR and SPM level! Furthermore, the last time I sit for exam was more than a years ago!

The first part is passage. What I expect is like those, first few question from first paragraph, then second and third, accordingly the passage. If you do that, you'll not find your answer till tomorrow night! Here, we're suppose to apply what we learn during this 7 weeks of studying in College, in this case, Skim and Scan. The first question might ask about the middle passage, the last question might be from the first passage! Search for the answer until the eye balls also stuck already! Oh my...

Subject: Finite Maths

Comment:
As you guys know, I'm kinda struggle to pass my Add Maths which I believe many hates it and they support this slogan "Maths make me Mad! Add Maths Add My Mad!"

Thought I can burn those Add Maths books, (watever add maths whether text or reference) to accommodate the Merdeka from SPM... Many 'sigh'. Finite Maths indeed the mixture of Add Maths and Maths. More on Add Maths I would say...

So, it was hard lo. The quiz also kinda bad... Don't know how this will kill me. I was just quite confident on the first and last question...



Date: Last Tuesday
Subject: M'sia Study

Comment:
Again... the history repeat... Deja vu.... M'sia study is about history, but kinda basic stuff. History is facts thing and need to memorise. I don't need to repeat this, it's been a year since I .....? How will I still remember those stuff? Some still kinda remember but not all. Those name appear again, the Beruk family (Brookes) J.W.W Bitch (birch) and many more... Forget who represent who. And then this is in English, abit different, the term, Parti Perikatan become Alliance Part... How la still can relate to Form 5? Haiz...



Date: Yesterday, Last Wednesday
Subject: Study Skills and Computer Principle

Comment:
Study Skills
How to study the thing that teach you to study? Study the study skills... Weird... But I thing we still need to refresh some of it, like the term and the approach all that. More on common sense...

Computer Principle
Some question my be confusing with those term but some of it is from the quiz... You might say we can score it since it's the same right? But no! Because those from quiz is those hard one... We got figure out the hard question after that but forgot already... Too bad... Another mistake on the same question.. What to do? Our RAM and Hard Disk too small. If got the option, we might upgrade out RAM! Hehe!

Just that... Show you 'MY' situation there...

Saliva coming out... on Saturday, February 20, 2010

What's that make my saliva coming out? Not pretty girls for me, yet.... Haha... But it's my future wife... [Besides my N86... :-) ]

I have plan to buy electric guitar set since last year! And now I got the budget already after working for few months. I still holding my self back so that I will make a wise decision by doing more research on which is the best guitar to buy.

But after just testing one of the guitar brand, I can't resist myself anymore! The temptation is higher and higher plus I got the budget now.

When you don't have the budget, you can't do much beside saving up. But when you have the budget already, what else are you waiting for? You will thought of buying it straight away! LOL!

But research sometimes making me more confuse which is the best. The salesman at guitar store recommend me or pushing hard on Farida guitar while the forum member said SX guitar is better. When I search for SX guitar, there's a bunch of good feedback from SX guitar owner, mostly in Europe while Farida guitar did not have much feedback though.

It's been confusing me! And I have a strong sense that the guitar store salesman is pushing hard on that Farida gutiar brand. It's like normal salesman la, their brand is the best of all. But the member at the forum said it's kinda good to let the salesman recommend us what guitar to buy or suit us most because they can which guitar suit us best. They also said the best thing is to try it out ourself. I ended up? DILEMMA! After a year of researching... Maybe I would go for SX guitar brand because more trusted and good feedback compare to Farida. Or maybe I should ask someone pro to test out for me because I really can't feel any different..

And the amp... I decided to buy Roland Microcube. It's a very versatile guitar amp. It's more suitable for practice only. Once again, the guitar store salesman said it's very digital sound, not natural enough. He recommend me Smarvo amp. I did some research on Smarvo amp ended up same result with Farida guitar. He claim it's a very good brand, better than other brand but the result I got is Smarvo amp have lesser feedback than Roland amp, of course!

After so many of facts giving, it's time to let you guys see see la what I'm talking about.

Why CNY Eve and not CNY celebration? It's because CNY day it's self very busy already, no time to take picture, and not remember to take pic also. haha

So what I want to show you guys is not that full preparation on the CNY eve. There's many other stuff but what I want to show in this post is like a must for me, every year!

Tadaaaaaa............ What is this? You know the answer? It's Prawn Cracker. There's many manufacturer in Malaysia but what we choose every year, without miss is Prawn Cracker from Kuala Selangor.

What you know about Kuala Selangor? Not just the api-api/kelip-kelip, they're famous for their seafood. Not that we always go there and buy, buy it's easily available but more expensive than you buy there.

After you buy back, don't think you can fry it straight away! You have to put it under the sun for at least few days so that it's easier to be fry and when you fry, it would be more 'cooked'. Blur? Haha... Because this Prawn Cracker is hardened, so if you fry it not that cooked, so expect people to broke their tooth la! And they go "Puff puff puff, pui....".

Additional notes from me:

Previously I thought with a good camera phone, I would easily snap this and that whenever I find something interesting. Looks like that's not the case...

Yaya, since end of last month I haven't pen down some words to my reader and my lonely blog. Here is a quick update..

Want to express myself out! What to expect for the future of my college life?

Previous event that make me so busy...
1) Math's quiz

Coming soon!!!
1) Tomorrow summit Study Skills assignment after so many confusing stuff...
2) Have to cope with Maths crazy stuff...
3) Compile M'sia study survey data.
4) This Thurday night got Valentine's Night party, choose not to go because no partner(LOL! Wait and see next year...) and very far. Got another event, going to dinner from my company.
5) CNY 'BREAK' (I don't assume it's holiday) From Friday till Tuesday. Wednesday back to college...
6) The SWT PART is, just after CNY break, that Wednesday we have to submit our Computer assingment!
7) Not bad enough? Worse is, on the coming Saturday(same week) I got English Mid Term!

I think of it also I wanna faint! Really no mood already this CNY! But actually I got 100% for CNY but after all this stuff, just left 50%! Maybe I should enjoy to the fullest that few days... ONCE A YEAR ONLY LEH!
