I'm sure everyone have a dream house in their mind since young, even as young as when you're in kindergarden, you're told to create and draw your very own dream house...

At our age now, dream house is not something that we should just simply say out. It suppose to be something that you tell out to people, and try to achieve it. To achieve it, we should start now. Yeah! It's still not too late now...

We should start by planning and saving. How much we should save and how many years from now you wanted to achieve your dream. If you're not inspired enough to start saving, maybe I should kick start you!

Yeah... I'm different! Not 'We're Different' by the 8TV....

Why I say so?

I like the song, that is very uncommon in my age! I like the Bee Gees but do you?

I don't have the passion to watch football match like those guys out there... I do like to watch Badminton match

I'm the only Chinese in school that play guitar(I think so).... Mostly guitar is play by Malay guy.

Mostly guitarist, like to play Electric guitar... But I just play Acoustic guitar...

If people play solo in electric guitar, mostly they like to play rock solo(like Guns N' Roses)... But I like to play blues solo (like Eric Clapton)

Others ambition is to be Doctor, Lawyer, Pilot all that... But my ambition is to be Psychologist. Quite rare...

Bill Gates recently gave a speech at a High School about 11 things they did not and will not learn in school.

He talks about how feel-good, politically correct teachings created a generation of kids with no concept of reality and how this concept set them up for failure in the real world.


Rule 1: Life is not fair - get used to it!

Rule 2: The world won't care about your self-esteem. The world will expect you to accomplish something BEFORE you feel good about yourself.

Rule 3: You will NOT make $60,000 a year right out of high school. You won't be a vice-president with a car phone until you earn both.

Rule 4: If you think your teacher is tough, wait till you get a boss.

Rule 5: Flipping burgers is not beneath your dignity. Your Grandparents had a different word for burger flipping: they called it opportunity.

Rule 6: If you mess up, it's not your parents' fault, so don't whine about your mistakes, learn from them.

Rule 7: Before you were born, your parents weren't as boring as they are now. They got that way from paying your bills, cleaning your clothes and listening to you talk about how cool you thought you were. So before you save the rain forest from the parasites of your parent's generation, try delousing the closet in your own room.

Google's Map Technology on Wednesday, October 21, 2009

With so many satellite being launch by each country, every launching bring another new technology to the human. Have you ever think why do they wanted to waste few millions to few billions to send this satellite to the aerospace? There must be reason why...

With Google's map, one can view many place, without even going to that place. Or sometimes, to have a view of your roof! Of course you never have the view from the top do you? Except you ever ride helicopter or aeroplane...

I wanted to view my idol house but I don't need to fly over there to see his house...

Plain map, or the very usual map. I'm sure you have seen this before...

With nowadays technlogy and satellite that the government launch...

With the latest technology from Google, called Street View. You can even pretend that you ever visited Barry Gibb house in Miami!

And then I can even view their studio where they have been there creating magic for the past 25 years! They bought this after the Disco fever, the 'Saturday Night Fever' movie launch. They have sold this on 2005 after the death of Maurice Gibb on 2003.

Wow! Everyweek we'are being invited to somebody's open house! It's very fun in the meantime it's very hectic too!

Last week, Firdaus Qudri open house.

This year, different house compare to last year because this is the new house! This is the first year he having the open house at this new house!

It's Pn Yusmilla, our English teacher for 3 consecutive year! It's been 2 years we didn't visit teacher's house because last year Pn Yusmilla 'Close House'. LOL!

Got into this post at Yahoo News. Maybe you should check this Best Jobs in America 2009 (Top 50). I know you always wanted to know whether what you had studying now had a bright future or not. So this is the thing that's developing in modern country. We cannot compare too much of America to Malaysia of course. So just to comfort you that if you can't find a job here in Malaysia, there's else where in the modern country that needed you!

I was looking to my future field, Clinical Psychologist and it was part of in, listed as 23 and Psychiatrist listed as 24. This number doesn't shows anything, rank or popularity. It's just a list of number and of course Psychiatrist can earn more than Clinical Psychology.

See the date of Clinical Psychologist VS Psychiatrist.

So, after seeing the data, does it comfort you? Maybe it helps a little for you to decide which roads you want to turn to...

Will HP Price Ever Raise? on Thursday, October 08, 2009

Got my 3rd salary and I thought that I can now buy my targeted HP...

1 month ago I had surveyed the price and my friend who is a HP seller in Low Yat said that in 1 month time, it might drop up to RM200!

So with full of hope, I call him that day, hope the price will drop at least RM200. I don't mind it drops more because I would be more than happy to receive this news. But what had happen, to my shocking surprise, the HP now cost more compare to 1 month ago! At first I said, "Harrrr?! Are you sure? RMX XXX is it?" He reply "No! It's RMX XXX++ now!"

I never heard before that HP price will ever raise! Normally the price will drop and never raise. I try to ask another friend of mine, and he said around that price also. I though my friend cheat me! LOL! This is maybe cause by many demand from the market. So my taste not bad is it? Haha... So many demand from the market...

So what to do now? Still have to keep using this HP lor. So be good, don't spoilt now. I still want you to serve me more... Hehe.

Why I'm so patient to wait until the price drop and not like those, "Don't bother la. Extra few hundreds only, buy la..." LOL!

First of course, I already over my budget and I have to keep the promise to my self to buy at targeted price. *Peace

Second is because, the HP software not stable yet(still very new and waiting for feedback from the market). Still got many bugs not yet been fix although the 3rd firmware had recently release. The latest firmware release had added feature which is never been mention on the Official Release of the HP which is Nokia first handphone with Fxxx Detecxxxx!

(Enough clue for you to guess? Hehe)

I thought I wanted to buy other's model, but my heart don't let me since I had pour in a lot of time to research the HP and had been dreaming a lot owning it one day.

When the price drop, then you will not see me holding the smallest phone of all the people in Mamak Stall with Polyphonic ringtone only!

Got A Band? on Wednesday, October 07, 2009

I'm not sure whether I'm currently in a band or not. Everything was just going to start...

This happens when one night, Azmi sms me and asked my whether I'm interested to jam in studio. I was so surprise and said yes! Because I always wanted to jam but don't have the right person with me to do so.

So when he said, he got a friend who wanted to introduce to me and have a jam session, I reject his offer. Why? Because in my mind, normally those jamming is like those Mat Rock, punk and those heavy metal. I'm totally different from that, so I know myself and I reject his offer.

But when he said, his friend ever listen to Bee Gees and he don't mind to play Bee Gees, I'm laughing in reply him, "Do you actually know who's Bee Gees?".

And so the meeting session begin. I introduce my bass player and my musician mate, Parthiban. I can play rhythm. And Azmi's friend play Drum and another of his friend, who's still available to play too, can play lead. So it's like a perfect match from God! LOL!

Still in the progress of discussing what song to play, which genre and how is the planning goes. So I'm waiting to get in sync with them and rock the house down!
